TOOY Lilly Table Lamp

A Tall Fabric Table Lamp with a Wide Shade

The Tooy Lilly table lamp is designed by Corrado Dotti and is the largest of the Lilly table lamps. It stands about 60cm high with a shade 50cm across, so it has real presence on a sideboard or console. The beige fabric and black net shade spreads a soft, warm light across the whole surface it sits on, which makes it a strong choice as a large table lamp for a living room or hallway.

Fabric and Net on Sand Black

The lamp has one finish: a Sand Black powder coated metal base and stem under a beige fabric shade, covered with a fine black net. The fabric is soft and natural, and the net adds a crisp outline so the shade keeps its shape visually from across a room.

How it works

The lamp takes one E27 bulb of up to 15W, not supplied. It has a 150cm fabric cable with an on and off switch on the cable, about 50cm from the base. If you would like to dim it, please ask us before ordering. A qualified electrician should always install this fitting.

Where it works best

Put it on a wide sideboard, a console table, a large bedside chest or a side table next to a sofa. It needs a surface that can carry a 50cm shade. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.

The story behind Tooy

Tooy was founded in 2015 by Valeria Giacomozzi and Valerio Tidei in Italy's Marche region. It began as a spin off from Gibas, the Giacomozzi family lighting company that has made tailor made lighting in Marche since 1959. Corrado Dotti, who trained with Matteo Thun and then Armani Casa before opening his own studio in 2009, has been creative director since 2017. The brand's lamps are made in Italy.
