TOOY Legier Suspension Pendant Light - 35cm

A Wider Glass Pendant with Real Presence

The Tooy Legier 35cm suspension pendant is the larger sibling in the collection, designed by Corrado Dotti and inspired by Murano glass vessels. The blown glass globe is about 35cm across and 28cm high, hung from a 150cm cable. It has enough width to anchor a dining table or sit over a kitchen island, which makes it a natural choice if you want a statement glass pendant light without going oversized.

Choose Your Glass and Ring

The frame is Sand Black powder coated metal on every version. Opal White glass lights up as a soft, milky orb, and suits bright, airy rooms. Smoke glass gives a deeper, warmer tone that works well with dark timber and stone. Pair either one with a Light Grey ring for a restrained finish, or a Brushed Brass ring for a touch of warmth.

How it works

The LED is built into the fitting, about 8.2W at 2700K, giving around 1375 lumens of warm white light. It is dimmable on a phase cut dimmer, so there are no bulbs to buy or replace. The 150cm fabric cable hangs from a ceiling fixing. A qualified electrician should always install this fitting.

Where it works best

Use one over a round dining table, or a row of three above a kitchen island. It also suits a wide hallway or a living room corner where you want a soft pool of light. It is rated IP40, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.

The story behind Tooy

Founded in 2015 by Valeria Giacomozzi and Valerio Tidei, Tooy is based in Italy's Marche region. It began as a spin off from Gibas, the Giacomozzi family business that has made tailor made lighting in Marche since 1959. Corrado Dotti, who trained with Matteo Thun and then Armani Casa before opening his own studio in 2009, has led the brand's creative direction since 2017. The lamps are made in Italy.
