TOOY Legier Flush Fitting Ceiling Light - 25cm Wide

A Glass Flush Ceiling Light for Lower Ceilings

The Tooy Legier 30cm flush ceiling light is designed by Corrado Dotti and gives the collection's Murano inspired glass a place on the ceiling itself. It is about 25cm across and 30cm high, with the glass globe hanging below a ceiling plate. If a pendant would be too long for your room, this is a gentle alternative that still gives you a sculptural glass ceiling light.

Glass and Ring Choices

The ceiling plate and frame are Sand Black powder coated metal. You can have Opal White glass for a bright, soft glow, or Smoke glass for a calmer, amber tinted light. Pair it with a Light Grey ring for a cool, quiet finish, or a Brushed Brass ring for a warmer detail.

How it works

The LED is integrated, about 8.2W at 2700K, giving around 1375 lumens of warm white light, so there are no bulbs to buy. It is dimmable on a phase cut dimmer. It fixes to the ceiling with a bracket. A qualified electrician should always install this fitting.

Where it works best

Use it in a hallway, landing, bedroom, walk in wardrobe or small dining area where there is not enough height for a hanging light. It is rated IP40, so it is for dry indoor rooms only.

The story behind Tooy

Valeria Giacomozzi and Valerio Tidei started Tooy in 2015, in Italy's Marche region. It began as a spin off from Gibas, the Giacomozzi family lighting company that has made tailor made lighting in Marche since 1959. Corrado Dotti, who trained with Matteo Thun and then Armani Casa before opening his own studio in 2009, has been the brand's creative director since 2017. The lamps are made in Italy.
