This version of the Sycamore semi flush light comes in satin nickel and satin black, with five round 15cm shades in melting glass, a clear glass finish with a rippled, slumped texture that feels a little different from a standard smooth shade. It creates a soft, uneven scatter of light rather than one even beam. Bulbs are E14 fitting and need to be bought separately.
As a semi flush design it stays close to the ceiling, so it works nicely in bedrooms, hallways and landings, and can also serve as a central light in a living room. It is rated for bathroom zones 1 and 2, meaning it is fine to use in a bathroom near the bath or shower.
