Stone Globe Spherical Garden Light - Bath Stone - Plug & Play

A Stone Effect Garden Globe Light on a 12V Plug and Play System

The Stone Globe Spherical Garden Light in Bath Stone is a stone effect outdoor light that comes in three sizes: 28cm, 38cm and 50cm diameter. It is a low voltage 12V garden globe light made to run on the Stone Globe plug and play system, with an E27 bulb supplied (3W, 5W or 7W depending on size). It suits plug and play garden lighting along a path, a driveway or a patio edge.

Bath Stone Finish

The globe has a soft, pale bath stone colour and a rough, textured surface that weathers naturally over time. By day it sits in the garden like a stone ball. After dark it glows warmly from within. This Bath Stone version is the 12V plug and play model, so it is wired differently from the mains and solar globes in the Stone Globe range.

How It Works

This light runs at low voltage (12V) and needs a Stone Globe approved transformer, which is bought separately. It is part of the plug and play system, so the globes connect to the system cable with weatherproof connectors. You can choose a 0.45m standard cable or a 5m cable. For larger gardens, the manufacturer suggests adding a 10m, 25m or 50m cable pack and the connectors you need. The globe comes with a mounting bracket (a 12.5cm circular base) and an optional ground spike is available. The body is polyethylene and the fitting is rated IP65. We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting.

Where It Works Best

These globes suit driveway and path lighting, borders, patios and steps, and add a warm glow for alfresco evenings. The portable plug and play design means a globe can be moved and reconnected elsewhere in the run.
