Stone Globe Spherical Garden Light - Bath Stone - Mains

A Bath Stone Globe Garden Light for Mains Wiring

The Stone Globe spherical garden light in Bath Stone is a stone effect outdoor light made from polyethylene, with a rough surface that weathers naturally. It is the 230V mains version and comes in three sizes: 28cm, 38cm and 50cm in diameter. By day it looks like a garden globe in pale stone, and at night it glows softly. It suits driveway and path lighting, or a warm glow for alfresco evenings. The 50cm is a large fitting, so please check these measurements against your space before ordering.

Bath Stone Finish, Mains Version

Bath Stone is a pale, creamy stone colour with a rough, natural looking texture. The surface is moulded to look like cut stone and picks up light and shade in the same way. This 230V version is wired straight to the mains, so it needs no separate driver or transformer. If you would rather run a low voltage or plug and play system, Stone Globe makes those as separate versions.

How It Works

This globe runs directly from a 230V mains supply, so no driver is required. A bulb is supplied: 3W for the 28cm, 5W for the 38cm and 12W for the 50cm. The globe fixes to a 12.5cm circular mounting base bracket, which has a 25mm cable gland and earth connection parts. An optional ground spike is available. The fitting is rated IP65, so it is protected against dust and water jets. We always recommend a qualified electrician installs this fitting.

Where It Works Best

Use it along a path, beside a driveway, on a terrace or in a border. It also works well on a wall or pier, or anywhere you want a soft glow for an evening outside.
