Stilnovo Saliscendi Pendant - Light Grey

Designed by Achille & Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1957, the Saliscendi emerges as a timeless masterpiece, with its origins dating back to the creation of two unique copies for the Milan Chamber of Commerce the following year. Now, re-engineered with dimmable LED light sources, the Saliscendi showcases its adjustable dual-emission metal lamp in a contemporary light.

The luminous body and reflective disc glide effortlessly along the cables, allowing for perfectly modulated lighting. As they travel in opposite directions, these elements diffuse either more direct or indirect light, depending on the distance by which they are separated. The Saliscendi is available in glossy grey-white, ruby red, or grass green finishes, adding a touch of vibrancy to any space.

Featuring a two-tone reflecting parabolic diffuser, white on the interior and painted with the same finish as the lamp body on the exterior, the Saliscendi balances both form and function with elegance. A handle facilitates the raising and lowering of the metal lamp, while the metal wire casing and acetal resin (POM) pulleys ensure smooth operation and durability. Supported by black cables and conductors, the Saliscendi embodies the perfect fusion of iconic design and cutting-edge technology, making it a standout piece in any interior setting.
