Stilnovo Meta Table Lamp - White

The Stilnovo Meta table lamp in white is an Italian designed lamp made from iron and glass, fitted with push dimming and a single 20W E27 LED bulb.

Born in the 1970s and now returned to production, Meta is one of those rare designs where nothing feels added and nothing feels missing: a fine stem rising to a soft glass form, so pared back it looks almost drawn onto the page rather than built. In white, the effect is even more understated, a quiet, sculptural glow that reads as calm rather than decorative.

The design comes from Stilnovo, founded in Milan in 1946 by Bruno Gatta and long regarded as one of the architects of Italian Modernist lighting alongside houses such as Arredoluce and Arteluce. After a pause in production during the early 1990s, the brand was revived in 2019 by Linea Light Group, an Italian architectural lighting specialist, who reissue pieces like Meta with updated LED engineering while keeping the original design philosophy untouched. That heritage shows in the finish: crisp powder coating and carefully machined metalwork built to last.
