The Galassia 1 Light Wall Light is a single armed sconce in brass with galvanic gilding, its 100mm plate holding one 140mm white triplex blown glass sphere lit by a 6W E14 LED bulb supplied as standard.

It's the simplest expression of the Galassia family's 1950s inspired design, distilled from Stilnovo's founding belief that a light fitting deserves the same care as a piece of architecture.

How it works

One 6W E14 LED bulb is supplied as standard. There's no dimming function, so it gives a steady, even glow once switched on.

Where it works best

Because it stands alone rather than as a mirrored pair, it suits spaces where a single point of glowing glass is wanted, a stairwell landing, one side of a fireplace, or spaced individually along a hallway, living room or bedroom wall.

The story behind Stilnovo

Stilnovo was founded in Milan in 1946 by Bruno Gatta, and this fitting carries the same instinct for treating light as a small piece of architecture.
