Stilnovo Fante Flush Light - Black & Matt White

The Stilnovo Fante Flush Light is a ceiling-mounted LED fitting in black with a matt white diffuser, made from rubber and aluminium and supplied with an 11W E27 LED bulb.

It carries the same design language as the Fante table lamp, created by Jonathan De Pas, Donato D'Urbino and Paolo Lomazzi, up onto the ceiling. The wide-brimmed reflector and diffuser sit flush to the surface, spreading a soft, even light across the room rather than a single hard source overhead, and the rubber detailing keeps that tactile character close at hand even up above.

Stilnovo was established in Milan in 1946 by Bruno Gatta, part of the wave of Italian design houses that rebuilt the country's visual language after the war, and the brand became synonymous with the Italian Modernist lighting movement. Since its 2019 revival under Linea Light Group, that same design thinking has been carried forward into LED, with build quality that stands in step with names like Flos, Artemide and Oluce.

Fitted flush to the ceiling, it suits living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, dining rooms and hallways alike. As with all made to order pieces, it can't be sent back once ordered, so it's worth confirming the finish suits your space beforehand.
