Stilnovo Bugia Table Lamp - Mint Green

The Stilnovo Bugia Table Lamp in Mint Green is a pure glass table lamp, taking one 4.5W E27 LED bulb, finished with a 2m cable, and rated IP20 for use in dry indoor spaces.

Where the wall lights in this collection pair iron with glass, the table lamp version is cast entirely in glass, keeping the looped handle that Roberto Beretta and Antonio Macchi Cassia borrowed from the traditional Italian bugia candle holder as its most distinctive feature. In mint green, the glass takes on a soft, slightly translucent quality that catches the light beautifully when switched on, and works just as well as a quiet daytime object when it isn't. It suits a bedside table, a living room console, a hallway shelf or a desk in a home office.

Stilnovo itself dates back to 1946, when Bruno Gatta founded the company in Milan during the country's post war rebuilding, going on to become one of the defining names of Italian Modernist lighting. That same eye for form and material runs through this lamp. It isn't dimmable, so it gives one consistent level of light.
