A sculptural glass object in black
The Bugia Table Lamp in Black is made entirely from glass, takes a single 4.5W E27 LED bulb on a 2m cable, and is rated IP20 for dry indoor use. Unlike the wall lights in the collection, which combine iron with glass, the table lamp is cast in glass throughout, so the black colourway gives it a dense, almost sculptural quality.
Black finish
Roberto Beretta and Antonio Macchi Cassia based the design on the traditional Italian bugia candle holder, keeping its distinctive loop handle as the piece's defining detail.
How it works
It offers a fixed level of light rather than dimming. It takes a single 4.5W E27 LED bulb, not included, and comes with a 2m cable.
Where it works best
It suits a bedside table, a living room shelf, a hallway console or a desk in a home office, anywhere a small, tactile object of light is wanted. Being IP20 rated, it's not suitable for bathrooms.
