Where It Sits in the Rusty Family

At 80cm this is the taller of the two Slot heights, standing above lower growth and denser shrubs where the 50cm version would disappear from view. It shares its indirect, slot lit design with the shorter model but not with the round Rusty or square Rusty Square columns, which both radiate openly from the top.

How It Works

The body is FeCSi steel, chemically treated to develop a genuine rust patina on the surface. An integrated 8.6W LED (3000K warm white, CRI80) sits behind the slot, producing a soft, deliberately low level line of light rather than a bright beam. It carries an IP55 rating for permanent outdoor use and runs from mains voltage, sitting on the surface as standard with an earth spike available separately for softer ground.
