A Single Spot of Certainty
Small, round and unapologetically simple, the Astina ceiling light drops a clean pool of GU10 light exactly where you need it. In black it reads as a neat full stop on a ceiling, more discreet spotlight than statement piece.
Picking Your Finish
Black works well against darker ceilings or wherever you want the fitting to sit quietly against its surroundings. The same compact body is also made in Grey, for a softer contrast, and in White, for ceilings where you would rather the fitting almost vanish. All three take the same lamp and give identical light output.
How It Works
A short aluminium cylinder houses a single GU10 lamp holder behind a glass cover that spreads the beam into a soft edged pool of light rather than a hard spotlight circle. It is designed for GU10 halogen lamps up to 10W, or an LED GU10 retrofit for lower running costs, and connects directly to a 220 to 240V mains supply. With an IP20 rating it is intended for dry indoor ceilings.

Its small footprint makes it a natural fit for hallways, landings, walk in wardrobes or anywhere you need a single dependable downlight rather than a full room scheme. Mount several in a line along a corridor ceiling and the repeated black cylinders add a quiet rhythm overhead.

Can I fit an LED lamp in this instead of halogen? Yes, it takes a GU10 LED retrofit lamp as well as halogen, both rated up to 10W.
Can I use several along a hallway ceiling? Yes, that is exactly how it is often used. Mounting several in a line along a corridor ceiling gives a repeated, even rhythm of light overhead.
Will the Grey or White version look very different? Only in colour. All three take the same lamp and give identical light output, so the choice is about which shade suits your ceiling.
