The Whirl 1 Light Pendant hangs a single ribbed glass shade from a slim satin brass rod, its swirled texture catching and scattering light across the room when it's lit. It's a simple silhouette, an elongated glass globe rather than a perfect sphere, that works equally well on its own or repeated in multiples.

This satin brass and clear glass version pairs warm brass fittings with a clear, hand blown glass shade. The ribbed swirl pattern across the glass means the light isn't just diffused evenly, it breaks up into small points and lines as it passes through, adding a bit of movement to the glow.

How It Works

• Takes 1 x E14 candle bulb, sold separately. LED equivalent is around 6W LED (60W incandescent equivalent).
• Dimmable, if you fit a dimmable LED bulb and use a compatible dimmer switch.
• The rod length is adjustable at installation, for a maximum drop of 120cm.
• Steel rod and ceiling rose with a satin brass finish, and a clear ribbed glass shade around 16cm wide and 31cm tall.
• Wired to Class I, so it needs to be connected to earth.

No, the bulb is sold separately. It takes one E14 candle bulb, and an LED bulb of around 6W (60W incandescent equivalent) gives a similar brightness to the old style bulb this design was created for.
