How it works

It takes 1 x E14 golf ball bulb, not supplied, and is switched on and off via a black inline switch set 0.3m along the cable from the base. It isn't dimmable. This is a Class II, double insulated lamp, so no earth connection is needed, and as a plug in fitting with its own switch, no electrician is required to install it.

Where it works best

A compact table lamp with a black and satin brass finish, it works well on a home office desk, though its warm smoked glass glow also suits a console table or sideboard elsewhere in the home.
