The Searchlight Vivian is a large oval chandelier style pendant with 24 lights, designed as a striking centrepiece for a bigger room. Its chrome frame is dressed with clear coffin and ball shaped crystal drops that catch the light from every candle bulb. It measures 123cm long, 73cm wide and 16cm deep, with a drop that can be adjusted up to 120cm, so it needs a generous ceiling space to do it justice.
Materials and Finish
The frame is mild steel finished in chrome, with clear glass coffin and ball drops providing the crystal detailing across the full oval ring. Because the crystal is faceted, it sparkles far more once lit than it does by daylight or in photographs, and the way it catches the light can also look slightly different from screen to screen, so treat product photos as a guide rather than an exact match.
How It Works
It takes 24 E14 candle bulbs, not included, and can be dimmed if you fit dimmable bulbs. The drop height is adjustable to suit your ceiling. This is a Class I fixture, which needs to be earthed. Installation should always be carried out by a qualified electrician, who can also confirm your ceiling is able to support the fixture's size and weight before it goes up.
