The Villas 19 Light Chandelier is a grand, empire style fixture in a gold finish, its tiers of crystal glass falling away to a pointed cluster at the base. Standing 127cm tall with a 102cm spread and a maximum drop of 350cm, it is built for stairwells, halls and rooms with real ceiling height to fill.

Materials and Finish

The frame is metal in a gold finish, dressed almost entirely in faceted crystal glass, from the crown at the top through the tiered shade down to the pointed cluster of crystal balls at the base. Every surface is designed to catch and scatter light, so it can look brighter and more sparkling once installed and lit than it does in a photograph.

How It Works

Nineteen arms each take a 60W E14 bulb (bulbs not included), and the fixture is dimmable when fitted with dimmable bulbs. Being Class I, it needs to be earthed, and given its size and weight, installation by a registered NICEIC electrician is strongly recommended.

This chandelier comes from Searchlight Electric, a family run British lighting company founded in Salford in 1945 by Sidney Hamburger. The business moved to Manchester in 1949 and is still run today by the third generation of the same family.
