The Sweden 1 Light Flush brings a clean, architectural silhouette to any ceiling. A slim black disc sits flush against the ceiling, holding a cylindrical smoked glass shade that lets the bulb show through rather than hiding it away. It works equally well as a single statement piece in a hallway or as part of a matching pair in a larger room.

The ceiling plate and fittings are finished in a matt black that stays neutral against most wall colours. The smoked glass shade fades from clear at the base to a darker charcoal tone near the top, so the light reads as soft and diffused rather than a bare bulb glow. It pairs naturally with dark woodwork, black door frames and warm timber flooring.

How It Works

• Takes a single E27 bulb (not supplied). We would suggest around 6W LED (60W incandescent equivalent) for a similar brightness to the traditional bulb this fixture was designed around.
• Dimmable, as long as you use dimmable LED bulbs with a compatible dimmer switch.
• Class II construction, so it does not need an earth connection.
• Fits flush to the ceiling with no visible chain or drop, at 26cm high and 22cm in diameter.

Rated IP20, so it is designed for dry indoor spaces such as hallways, living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms and kitchens away from direct steam or splashing.
