This Searchlight suspension cable is designed to extend or replace the drop of a compatible ceiling pendant, finished with a knurled black fitting and a black braided cable for a look that matches darker toned fittings. It has a genuinely long reach, with a drop that adjusts up to a maximum length of 312.5cm, around 3.1 metres, so it suits pendants that need to hang well below a standard ceiling height.

How It Works
It takes a single E27 bulb (not supplied) and is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a suitable LED dimmer such as a V-Pro rotary dimmer switch. The drop is adjustable up to a maximum of 312.5cm. It's a Class II, double insulated fixture. As it forms part of a ceiling installation, fitting by a registered NICEIC electrician is recommended.
