The lantern top and shade holder are finished in a weathered, rustic brown that reads as aged metal rather than a flat paint colour, paired with a clear glass globe shade that lets the bulb's filament show through. The chain is adjustable, so the hanging height can be set to suit porches and entrances of different heights.

What bulb does the Station Outdoor Pendant take?
It takes a single E27 bulb, which is not supplied. A decorative filament LED bulb suits the look best, or you can use a standard LED of around 6W (the equivalent brightness of an old 60W incandescent bulb).

Can the height be adjusted?
Yes. The pendant hangs from an adjustable chain, so you can set the drop to suit your porch or entrance, up to a maximum height of around 86cm from ceiling to base.

Is this pendant dimmable?
It can be dimmed, but only if it's fitted with a dimmable bulb and used together with a compatible dimmer switch.

Is it suitable for a fully open, exposed spot?
It's best suited to a sheltered position such as a covered porch. It carries an IP44 rating for protection against splashing water, rather than full exposure to driving rain.
