The Reed 1 Light Post Light brings the same wire cage lantern look as the Reed wall light down to path height, on a slim black post that's easy to space along a driveway or garden path. The clear polycarbonate diffuser lets the bulb's glow spill out through the open cage.

Finished in black aluminium with a clear PC (polycarbonate) shade rather than glass, this post light is built to take the knocks of an exposed spot at the edge of a path or drive. The cage design adds a bit of industrial character without hiding the light source.

How It Works

• Takes 1 x E27 bulb, around 4W LED (40W incandescent equivalent), not supplied
• Rated IP44, so it's protected against splashing water for outdoor use
• Class I fixture, wired to earth in the usual way for an outdoor light
• Fixes to the ground via the base plate at the foot of the post
• Stands 100cm tall, so the lantern head sits at around knee to waist height
