This matt black floor lamp carries two independent light heads on a single slim stem, each one a small angled batten shade that swivels on its own joint. Point one down at a side table and the other up toward a bookshelf, or aim both at the same spot for a stronger pool of light. It has the quiet, slightly industrial look of a factory lamp, scaled for a living room rather than a workshop.

Matt black iron, finished to disappear into the room

Both the stem and the two batten heads are finished in the same smooth matt black over iron, so the lamp reads as one continuous shape rather than a stem with fittings bolted on. The round weighted base keeps it stable even with both heads extended out to one side.
