Searchlight Ray Shelf Floor Lamp - Black, Wood & White Fabric

The Searchlight Ray Shelf Floor Lamp combines black metal and wood with a white fabric shade, and includes a built in shelf, making it a practical choice for a reading corner where you also want somewhere to rest a book or drink.

Materials and finish

Made from mild steel, wood, fabric and plastic, finished in black and wood tones with a white fabric shade.

How it works

Takes 1 x 10W max E27 GLS LED bulb (not supplied) and isn't dimmable. It's operated via a black inline on/off foot switch, so it's a plug in lamp rather than a hardwired fixture. It's wired as Class II with double insulation, so no earth connection is needed.

Where it works best

Works well in living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, hallways and home offices, particularly beside an armchair where the integrated shelf can hold a book, glasses or a cup of tea.
