The Radcliffe takes a single E27 GLS bulb, which isn't included, so you can choose your own brightness and warmth. It isn't dimmable and the shade is fixed rather than adjustable. As a plug in floor lamp, there's no hardwiring involved, it's simply a case of positioning it and plugging in.
