The Oakes wall light combines a satin silver fitting with a soft white shade, and features a flexible arm that bends into position, along with an integral switch for easy on/off control at the fitting itself. It's a practical choice for reading in bed or beside a favourite chair.

How it works
It takes an E27 GLS bulb (not included) and is compatible with dimmable bulbs. As a Class I fixture it needs to be earthed, so installation by a qualified electrician is required. The flexible arm lets you bend the light into the position you need, and the built in switch means you can turn it on and off at the wall without needing a separate wall switch.
Where it works best
Its flexible arm and switched design suit bedrooms for reading either side of the bed, as well as living rooms, dining rooms and hallways where a directional accent light is useful.
