Shaped like a classic biplane, this ceiling light turns a child's bedroom fitting into something they will actually want switched on. The fuselage is a frosted glass shade that glows softly around the bulb inside, while the wings, tail and wheels are moulded from clear acrylic for a crisp, model like finish.

The propeller, struts and ceiling mount are finished in satin silver, giving the model plenty of detail without looking overly toylike. It sits close to the ceiling on two rigid rods, rather than hanging on a cable, so it stays steady and level even in a room with an open door or a draught.
