An Angled LED Spotlight for Security and Porch Lighting
The Searchlight Mela LED Outdoor Wall Light with PIR Sensor is a modern aluminium fitting with an angled head that directs light where you need it. Its built in motion sensor switches the light on automatically as soon as it detects movement nearby.
Materials and Finish
The body is made from stainless steel and aluminium with a clean, understated finish that suits contemporary house exteriors. The rectangular head angles downward from a slim wall plate that houses the sensor.
How It Works
The LED light source is integrated and not replaceable, producing around 700 lumens at a cool 4000K colour temperature, and it is not dimmable. Built in PIR motion sensing switches the light on when movement is detected, so it works well without a separate switch nearby. As a Class I fitting it needs to be earthed, so installation by a qualified electrician is recommended.
