A Square Edged Wall Light Designed to Light the Wall Around It

The Don is a rectangular aluminium wall light that works by lighting the wall itself, sending a soft spread of light both upward and downward through two narrow slots rather than casting a single beam outward. The effect is a block of light and shadow on the wall that changes the way a plain surface reads.

Its crisp, square edged shape keeps the fixture visually quiet during the day and lets the light do the work once it is switched on.

The White Finish

This version is finished in a smooth matte white, which keeps the fixture close to invisible against a white or pale wall until it is lit. Inside the light channels, a warm gold toned reveal adds a touch of contrast and warms the colour of the light as it spreads up and down. It is the most understated of the four finishes, and suits interiors where you want the light itself to be the focus rather than the fitting.
