The Carisbrooke 5 Light LED Multi-drop Pendant clusters five slim, fluted glass rods at different heights beneath a single round ceiling plate, creating a cascading effect rather than a single fixed shade. Finished in gold with brass detailing, it reads as a genuinely sculptural piece of lighting.
Materials and Finish
Each rod pairs a mild steel frame with a fluted glass diffuser, finished in a warm gold tone with brass accents at the fixings. The ribbed glass softens the light rather than exposing a bare bulb, giving a gentle, even glow along the length of each rod.
How It Works
Each of the five rods has its own integrated LED, which cannot be replaced but is rated at a combined 3128 lumens and a warm 3000K colour temperature, so there is no bulb buying or changing to think about. The fitting is dimmable, and the five cables can be set independently between 60cm and 184cm, so you can stagger the rods to suit your ceiling height and the look you want. As a Class I fixture it needs to be properly earthed, so we recommend installation by a registered NICEIC electrician.
Where It Works Best
The staggered multi-drop design is particularly effective in spaces with real height to play with, such as an open stairwell or double height hallway, and it also makes a strong centrepiece over a dining table where the individual rods can be set at slightly different levels.
