Astral is a five light ceiling flush built around shades of crumpled clear glass, each one scrunched like fabric caught mid fold. Instead of one flat pool of light, the textured glass throws soft, broken patterns across the ceiling and surrounding walls.
A Cool Satin Nickel Finish
This version sets the crumpled glass shades against a satin nickel frame and ceiling plate. The cooler, brushed metal tone suits contemporary rooms and pairs naturally with chrome fittings, grey or charcoal furnishings, and other brushed steel hardware nearby.
How It Works
- Five arms reach out from a central satin nickel ceiling plate, each carrying one crumpled glass shade.
- Takes 5 x G9 LED bulbs, around 3W each (33W halogen equivalent), sold separately.
- Dimmable, provided you fit dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
- Fixes flush to the ceiling rather than hanging down, so it works in rooms with standard or lower ceilings.
- Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
