How It Works
It takes one E14 golf ball LED bulb up to 10W (not supplied), controlled by a black inline switch positioned 0.28m from the cable exit. It isn't dimmable. It's wired to Class II, so it's double insulated and doesn't need an earth connection. As a plug in lamp, there's no hardwiring involved, just plug it in and use the inline switch to turn it on and off.
