The Angela pairs a tall uplighter with a smaller reading light on one antique brass base, with a double dimmer that lets you set each light to its own level.

How It Works
It takes a 118mm R7S bulb for the upper uplighter and a G9 bulb for the smaller reading light, neither included, and both are dimmable. It is wired to Class I, meaning it relies on an earth connection for safety, though as a floor lamp it simply plugs into a wall socket rather than needing to be hardwired in by an electrician. The double dimmer built into the stem lets you adjust the uplighter and reading light independently.
