Two Globes, One Open Silhouette

Two transparent glass globes extend outward from a central brass wall plate on diverging arms, giving the Miron Dual a wider, more open geometry than Schwung's more compact dual sconces. The arms angle the two globes outward and slightly apart, so the fitting reads as a broader, airier gesture on the wall rather than a tight cluster, and suits rooms with generous proportions where a wall light needs to hold its own at a distance.

Transparent Glass, Filament Exposed

Both globes are mouth-blown from clear glass, leaving the LED capsule bulb inside each one fully visible rather than diffused. The light this produces is direct rather than softened, with the two exposed filaments becoming part of the fitting's character during the day as well as after dark.

Choose Your Finish

The wall plate and arms are available in Black Gunmetal, Lacquered Burnished Brass, or Polished Nickel, allowing the finish to be matched to other brass fittings in the room or chosen for contrast.

How It Works

Each of the two globes takes a G4 LED capsule bulb (included), rated at a maximum of 1.6W at 12V, at a warm 2700K, dimmable only with electronic ELV or trailing edge dimmers. The fitting measures approximately W15cm x D15.7cm x H79cm, with each glass globe around 15cm in diameter.

Where It Works Best

A staircase landing, a wide hallway, or a living room wall where the fitting needs presence at a distance rather than up close. Its open, outward-reaching arms benefit from a little clearance either side, so it suits a broader stretch of wall rather than a narrow gap.

Made by Schwung

Schwung was founded in 2014 in Namyslow, Poland, by Belgian designer Dominique Sente and Dutch designer Rudi Nijssen. The Miron Dual is made to order in solid brass and mouth-blown glass at the Namyslow workshop, its diverging arms setting it apart from the brand's more compact dual sconce formats.
