A Compact Chrome Light for Tight Spaces

This is the shortest fitting in the Taylor bathroom collection, a single opal glass cylinder on a squared chrome backplate that sits close to the wall. It suits spots where a tall sconce would not fit, low ceilings, narrow alcoves, either side of a small mirror.

The Chrome Finish

Finished in the same bright polished chrome as the rest of the range, with a neat square backplate rather than the round plate used on the taller sconce. The single opal glass shade sits directly on top of the fitting rather than being held on an arm.

How It Works

One G9 LED lamp, rated 3W, is required and not supplied. Class I wiring means an earth connection is needed. It will only dim if a dimmable G9 LED is fitted and the circuit uses a compatible dimmer.

Where It Works Best

At under 20cm tall this is the most compact of the three Taylor bathroom lights, smaller than both the tall single sconce at 48.9cm and the three light bar at 53.3cm wide. Choose this where wall space is limited or where you want a lower profile fitting either side of a small mirror or medicine cabinet.

Quoizel, Now Made From Charleston

Quoizel moved its headquarters, manufacturing and distribution out of New York in 1996, relocating to a 305,000 square foot facility near Charleston, South Carolina, where it still operates today. That move brought a Southern, low country influence into the design studio that continues to shape newer, simpler fittings like this one.
