One Point, One Switch, Same Striking Glass
The Inglenook pendant takes the same Arts and Crafts glasswork as the rest of the range and hangs it as a compact cone shade from a single chain, complete with its own pull chain switch on the fitting.
The Valiant Bronze Finish
Offered in one finish, Valiant Bronze, with a dark bronze chain and canopy. The glass itself carries the family pattern, amber and cream panels stepped with sapphire blue and green shading, a scattering of small red accents, and a pale central panel that reads almost white when lit. Since every shade is hand cut and leaded, small differences in the glass grain between fittings are normal.
How It Works
Three E27 lamps sit inside the shade, bulbs not supplied. The fitting is Class I, so it needs an earth connection, and will dim only if you fit dimmable E27 bulbs. Unlike the wider Inglenook pendants, this one has its own pull chain switch built into the underside of the shade, useful if you want local control alongside a wall switch. At 5.5kg it is the lightest pendant in the range, but it should still be fitted to a secure ceiling point by a qualified electrician.
Where It Works Best
At just 43.2cm wide and 31.8cm deep, this is the most compact shade in the Inglenook pendant family, better suited to a smaller table, a reading corner or a stairwell than the wider inverted pendant or the long island chandelier. The chain adjusts the drop from 41.9cm to 188cm, so it will sit low over a side table or run further down an open stairwell. It works well in a living room, bedroom, dining room, hallway or stairs.
From Oil Lamps to Wired Fittings
Quoizel began in 1930 making hurricane lamps that burned oil rather than electricity. As homes were wired for power through the following decades, the company moved from portable oil lamps into hardwired chandeliers, pendants and sconces, carrying its stained glass work with it, which is exactly the lineage this pendant sits in.

Questions People Ask
How does this differ from the inverted pendant? Both use the same glass style and three E27 lamps, but this one is a smaller cone shade on a single chain with its own pull switch, while the inverted pendant is a wider shade suspended on four chains.
Can I dim it? Only with dimmable E27 bulbs fitted. The pull chain simply turns the fitting on and off.
Does it come with bulbs? No, you will need three E27 lamps of your own choosing.
