The Valiant Bronze Finish

Finished in valiant bronze, the fluted pedestal base and shade frame are a deep, slightly weathered brown bronze rather than a flat black. Above it the glass runs through honey amber, pale cream and off white, with slate blue and olive green panels breaking up the fan pattern and small red and gold squares picking out the border. The base itself has a chevron motif cut into the bronze, a detail easy to miss until you look closely.

How It Works

Two E27 bulbs are needed and are not included, warm white LEDs suit the glass tones best. Each bulb has its own pull chain beneath the shade, so you can run one or both depending on how much light you want. It is a plug in table lamp, so there is no hardwired installation to arrange, and it is Class I, which means it needs a proper earth connection through the plug. Dimming only works if you fit dimmable bulbs and use it with a compatible dimmer. The lamp stands roughly 63.5cm tall with a shade around 40.6cm across.
