Quintiesse Vaughan Chandelier Medium - Bronze & Gold

The Vaughan Medium Chandelier carries the same soft, undulating wave form as the rest of the collection but in a size built to slot into everyday rooms rather than grand entrances. The indirect LED glow keeps the light diffuse and gentle, giving the impression of a floating sculptural form rather than a conventional pendant.

Bronze and painted gold finish

Steel forms the frame, finished in bronze with painted gold detailing along the curves. The two tones work together rather than competing: the bronze gives the piece its base warmth, and the gold lifts the highlights. It's a versatile enough combination to sit with brass, walnut, or blackened metal furniture, and it reads as more transitional than strictly traditional or strictly modern.

How it works

The light source is an integrated LED module rather than a swappable bulb, rated at 80W and producing 1302 lumens of warm white 3000K light. Nothing needs to be sourced separately for the light itself, although dimming depends on fitting a compatible dimmer switch, which isn't included. It's a Class II, double insulated fitting, so no earth connection is required. The drop adjusts between 40cm and 262.8cm, so the final hanging height is set at installation rather than fixed at the factory.

Where it works best

At 61cm across, the Medium sits comfortably over a standard dining table, in a bedroom as a statement fitting in place of a central pendant, or in a living room where you want scale without needing an entrance hall to carry it. The adjustable drop is particularly useful over a table, where you can bring the light down closer to eye level than a fixed pendant would allow, or lift it for a taller stairwell. It weighs 18.29kg, so check your ceiling has a secure, load rated fixing point before it goes up.
