The medium Stinson pendant is also offered in black with polished nickel, combining the caged frame and ribbed glass design with a cooler metal finish. It is the more compact of the two Stinson pendant sizes, and it converts between a hanging pendant and a semi flush ceiling fitting.
The black and polished nickel finish
Black metalwork frames the clear ribbed glass shades, with polished nickel picking out detailing across the fitting. The combination gives a slightly more graphic, contemporary look than the warmer brass version, while keeping the same textured glass and open cage structure.
How it works
It takes 4 x E14 LED bulbs, not supplied, and dims only when dimmable bulbs are fitted. The drop adjusts between 34.4cm and 202.2cm, and since the fitting converts between pendant and semi flush mounting, it is worth checking your wiring and fixing match your intended mounting mode before ordering.
Where it works best
Measuring 43.4cm high and 33cm deep, this is a good match for a kitchen table, a smaller dining space, or a hallway where a large caged pendant would dominate the room. At 4.4kg it is manageable for most standard ceiling fixings, and the adjustable drop gives some flexibility for stairwells with more modest ceiling heights.
