Quintiesse Somerset Single Flush Fitting - Clear - Brushed Nickel

The Somerset single flush fitting is built for rooms where a pendant simply won't do, sitting close to the ceiling without losing any of the collection's vintage character. Its clear seeded glass sits inside a steel frame finished in brushed nickel, with turned metal knobs adding a small, authentic detail that catches the light.

Brushed nickel and clear seeded glass

The brushed nickel finish has a soft, cool sheen rather than a mirror polish, so it reads calm and contemporary against most kitchen and hallway colour schemes. Paired with it is clear seeded glass, which has a gentle, uneven texture that lets the bulb's glow come through with a bit of vintage character rather than being fully diffused.

How it works

It takes 1 x E27 LED bulb, not supplied. Dimming works only if dimmable LED bulbs are fitted. This is a Class I fitting, so it needs an earthed electrical supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician. Being a flush fitting, it sits directly against the ceiling with no adjustable drop.

Where it works best

At 2.5kg and just 31.8cm high, it suits rooms with standard or lower ceilings where a hanging pendant would feel too low, kitchens, dining rooms and hallways in particular. It's a good option for landings and hallway ceilings where you want light without anything protruding too far down.
