Quintiesse Sfera Table Lamp - Teak Veneer

The Sfera Table Lamp brings the collection's rounded opal glass globe down to a freestanding piece, cradled in a curved natural teak veneer frame that acts almost like a little nest for the light source. It's a plug in lamp rather than a wired fitting, so it's an easy way to bring the Sfera look to a surface without any electrical work.

The teak veneer finish

The frame is finished in natural teak wood veneer, with the same frosted opal glass globe used across the rest of the range. Because it's a natural veneer, expect gentle variation in grain and colour from lamp to lamp, and it sits well against linen bedding, warm wood nightstands, and softer, more relaxed interiors generally.

How it works

This lamp takes 1 x E27 golf ball bulb, which is not supplied. It's compatible with dimmable smart lamps, so pair it with a dimmable smart bulb if you want to control brightness, since dimming won't work with a standard bulb. It's a straightforward plug in lamp, so there's no adjustable drop to set, and it's electrical Class II, double insulated, so it doesn't need an earthed supply.

With a height of around 53cm and a compact footprint of roughly 25cm, this is a natural fit for a bedside table or a console in a hallway, and the room data for this piece also covers living rooms and dining spaces, so it works equally well as a soft accent light on a sideboard or side table where you want ambient rather than task lighting.
