The Sawgrass 6 Light Chandelier is the largest fitting in the collection, with six arms of sharply defined metalwork each cradling an opal glass shade. It has the scale and light output to work as the main fitting in a large dining room or living room, rather than a supporting piece.

With six shades to finish, the distressed Gold Leaf and Antique Glaze shows its variation clearly, no two arms catching the light in quite the same way. It suits rooms with a bit of drama already built in, high ceilings, generous proportions, or a dining table designed to seat a crowd.

How it works

This chandelier takes 6 x 40W E14 bulbs (not supplied), and dims if fitted with dimmable bulbs, though not with standard bulbs. The drop adjusts between 87.6cm and 163.8cm. It is a Class I fitting, so it needs an earthed supply and installation by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

At 83.8cm across, this chandelier needs a room with enough width to let it hang without feeling cramped, a large dining table, a double height living room, or an entrance hall built to make an impression. Because the drop is adjustable, check the range against your ceiling height and the clearance you want, particularly if the space has a lower ceiling than average.
