Quintiesse Sawgrass 3 Light Pendant - Gold Leaf with Antique Glaze

The Sawgrass 3 Light Pendant gathers three sharply defined metal fronds around three opal glass shades, each one cupped the way sawgrass wraps around itself in the wild. It's a multi light pendant with real presence, equally suited to hanging low over a dining table or as a central feature in a living room with a bit of height to play with.

The Gold Leaf and Antique Glaze finish

The distressed Gold Leaf finish is layered with an Antique Glaze, so each frond carries subtle variation in tone rather than a flat wash of colour. Across three arms this becomes more noticeable, with the light picking out the texture differently on each shade, and it works well against darker walls, wood panelling or exposed brick where the warmth of the gold has something to contrast against.

How it works

This pendant takes 3 x 60W E27 bulbs (not supplied), and will dim if you fit dimmable bulbs, though it will not dim with standard bulbs. The drop is adjustable between 90.8cm and 167cm, so you can set the height to suit your ceiling and how low you want it to hang over a table. It is a Class I fitting, so it needs an earthed supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician.

With a width of 38.1cm across the fitting, this pendant suits dining tables, living room seating areas or a bedroom where you want a decorative centrepiece rather than task lighting. Because the drop is adjustable across such a wide range, it's worth checking the min and max drop against your ceiling height and how much clearance you want above head height, particularly if you are hanging it over a table where people will be standing close by.
