The plum finish

This jewel toned shade suits interiors that are not afraid of colour, working especially well against dark walls, brass or nickel accents, and rich upholstery fabrics. Because the glass base beneath it remains clear, the lamp still reads as light and open rather than heavy, even with such a strong shade colour.

How it works

A single E27 LED bulb, not supplied, provides the light, at around 620Lm and a warm 3000K colour temperature. The 4 way switch controls the shade and the glass base as independent light sources, and dimming only works if you fit a dimmable LED bulb. As a Class I fitting, it needs an earthed supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician.
