Quintiesse Palmas 1 Light Mini Pendant - Polished Nickel

Ribbed glass gives the Palmas Mini Pendant its distinctive texture, each panel catching and softening the light so the fitting glows rather than glares. In this finish it takes on a cooler, crisper character, making it an easy fit for contemporary kitchens and bathrooms fitted out in chrome, steel or pale stone.

Polished nickel and frosted white glass

The frame is finished in polished nickel, a bright, reflective metal that stays cool in tone next to whites, greys and natural stone. Combined with the frosted white ribbed glass shade, light reads clean and even rather than warm, which suits minimal and Scandinavian inspired interiors particularly well.

How it works

An integrated 12W LED delivers 791 lumens of warm white 3000K light, supplemented by a small 1W downlight built into the finial for a focused pool of light beneath the fitting. There's no separate bulb to source or replace, as the light source is built into the fixture. Dimming is possible when the pendant is wired to a compatible LED dimmer switch. It's rated Class II, meaning it's double insulated and doesn't need an earthed supply, though we'd still recommend a qualified electrician for the wiring. The drop adjusts from 32cm to 272.2cm, giving flexibility to set the hang height at installation.

Where it works best

At just 25cm high and 15.2cm deep, it's a practical size for spaces where headroom or clearance is tight, above a bathroom vanity mirror, beside a bed, or dotted along a run of kitchen cabinetry. The wide drop range also suits taller rooms and stairwells where the fitting needs to sit well clear of head height.
