Quintiesse Nuvola Medium Ceiling / Wall Light - Gold

The Nuvola Medium Ceiling / Wall Light is a broad, low profile disc of frosted glass that spreads a soft, even wash of light across a room without adding visual bulk overhead. At 432mm across and just 92mm deep, it suits spaces where a pendant would hang too low, while still making a considered style statement.

Brushed gold finish

The mounting arm and trim are finished in brushed gold, a warm metallic tone that catches the light along its edges without becoming shiny or reflective. It sits well against the frosted glass diffuser, and pairs naturally with warm wood tones, brass hardware, and other soft metallic accents already in the room.

How it works

Light comes from a built in 18W LED module producing around 800 lumens of warm white 3000K light, so there is no separate bulb to buy, fit, or replace over time. The fitting is dimmable, provided it is paired with a compatible dimmer switch. It is designed to be fitted either to the ceiling or to a wall, so check that your wiring and fixing point suit the mounting mode you plan to use before ordering. It is Class I, which means it needs an earthed mains supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

Its wider 432mm diameter makes the Medium the better choice for rooms with more ceiling or wall area to fill, such as living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchens, where it can provide comfortable general lighting on its own or alongside task lighting. It also works well in hallways and bedrooms where a slim, close to the surface fitting is needed.
