Quintiesse Nantucket 3 Light Large Pedestal Lantern - Aged Brass

The largest fitting in the Nantucket range, this 3 light pedestal lantern is built to sit atop a gate post or garden pier and mark an entrance the way an old harbour lantern would. Three bulbs behind clear seeded glass give it a stronger, broader light than the single lantern versions, making it as much a feature in daylight as it is a light source after dark.

Aged Brass finish

Solid brass construction with an Aged Brass finish gives it real weight and a warm, slightly weathered colour that suits stone gate posts, brick piers, and painted render alike. It's a finish designed to look settled rather than shiny from day one, which suits a fitting meant to stand outdoors for years.

How it works

It takes 3 x E14 bulbs (not supplied), and only dims if dimmable E14 bulbs are fitted. There's no adjustable drop as it's designed to sit fixed on top of a pedestal or post rather than hang. Rated IP44, it's built to handle the rain and damp that come with sitting fully exposed outdoors.

Where it works best

At 56.9cm tall and weighing 5.5kg, it needs a pedestal or post substantial enough to carry that height and weight securely, think driveway entrances, front gate piers, or either side of a long path where you want a consistent, matching pair of taller lanterns rather than smaller wall mounted lights.
