Quintiesse Moonlit LED Mini Pendant - Polished Chrome

What sets the Quintiesse Moonlit LED Mini Pendant apart is its cluster of acrylic orbs, each one set with a cubic zirconia chip that scatters the light passing through it into small, bright glints, the effect the collection takes its name from. In polished chrome that sparkle is doubled by the reflective metalwork itself, giving the fitting a brighter, more crystalline presence than the darker or warmer finishes in the range.

The polished chrome finish

The aluminium and iron frame is finished in a bright, mirror like polished chrome, a cool, high shine tone that bounces light back rather than absorbing it. It pairs naturally with stainless steel appliances, glass splashbacks and monochrome or grey toned kitchens, and generally suits a cleaner, more modern look than a matte or gold finish would.

How it works

Light is produced by a single integrated LED (20.9W, 2131 lumens, 3000K warm white) that is part of the fitting, so there's no bulb to buy separately, and this particular pendant is not dimmable. It's a Class I fitting, which means it needs an earthed mains supply and should be installed by a qualified electrician. The drop adjusts between 27.3cm and 180cm, giving flexibility over the finished hanging height.

Where it works best

The bright, reflective finish tends to show up best in kitchens and dining rooms with plenty of natural or ambient light to play off, whether that's above an island, a breakfast bar or a dining table. With up to 180cm of adjustable drop it can also work in rooms with higher ceilings, so it's worth checking that range against your own ceiling height and the clearance you want before installing.
