Quintiesse Ludlow 8 Light Pendant - Polished Nickel

The Ludlow 8 light pendant takes the collection's industrial, Palladian influenced geometry and scales it up into a full sized centrepiece. Built around eight exposed light sources rather than a single shade, it reads as a run of circles and squares suspended within a wide steel frame.

Polished Nickel finish

Here the steel frame and clear acrylic panels are finished in polished nickel, giving the whole piece a bright, cool tone that works well against white or pale kitchen cabinetry, marble worktops and chrome fittings, or a monochrome dining scheme.

How it works

It takes 8 x E27 LED bulbs, none of which are supplied, and will dim only if dimmable bulbs are fitted throughout. The drop is adjustable between 66.6cm and 142.9cm, so it is worth checking that range against your ceiling height and the clearance you want above a table or island before ordering. As a Class I fitting it needs an earthed mains supply and installation by a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

Moonlight Design lists this pendant for kitchens and dining rooms, and its 94.4cm width makes it a natural fit above a kitchen island or a long dining table rather than a smaller setting. At 16kg it is a substantial fitting, so check that your ceiling has a secure, load rated fixing point before installation.
