Quintiesse Kabo Outdoor Wall Light Small - Powder Coat Black

Kabo Small carries the same wave inspired silhouette as the wider Quintiesse Kabo family, scaled down for narrower walls, compact porches and tighter door surrounds. A built in LED shines through a curved panel of clear seeded glass, the light breaking into a soft, uneven glow rather than a single bright point, giving even a small entrance a little more character after dark.

Underneath, the fitting is aluminium, powder coated in black so the finish holds its colour and resists corrosion through UK winters rather than dulling or flaking with age. The clear seeded glass diffuser has that same naturally bubbled texture found across the Kabo range, meaning the light it casts is never perfectly even, which is part of its charm. It reads well against slate, render or dark timber, and is often fitted as a pair either side of a front door for a bit of symmetry.

How it works

This size houses an integrated 6W LED producing 120 lumens in a warm white 3000K tone, built into the fitting itself so there's nothing separate to buy or swap out. It's dimmable when wired through a compatible dimmer switch. Kabo Small is a Class I fitting, so it needs to be connected to an earthed electrical supply, and installation should be left to a qualified electrician.

Where it works best

Measuring just under 36cm tall and weighing 2.47kg, this is the more compact of the two Kabo sizes, well suited to narrower porches, slim door surrounds, or set at intervals along a boundary or garden wall where a larger fitting would feel out of scale. It works equally well either side of a kitchen or hallway door that opens onto a garden or side passage, keeping a lower profile without losing the sculpted detailing of the range.
